The invitation is to bring All of You in whatever way that is, without expectations + as always no judgment. Establishing deeper connections with those in our lives who are here to watch us grow 🦋 As we re-establish that connection to our mind + body we can better allow all of us to come up & allow space for what IS 🖤  When we can allow time for slowing down + connection we can allow our  brain time for safety, only YOU know what feels safe for you.

Do you know what safety feels like in your body? Allowing courage to show up for us, when we allow for that truest safety ~ remembering sometimes the only thing we need to do is allow the UNCOMFORTABLE because that could be keeping our brain stuck in a pattern that no longer serves ❤️‍🔥
